NEODACIADA SPORT SRL also produces customised or made-to-order products, in accordance with the specifications provided by the Customer.
By confirming the order, the Customer accepts:

– the colours;
– the materials;
– the requested customisations.
Customised or made-to-order products:
– cannot be returned;
– cannot be cancelled once production has begun;
– cannot be exchanged, except in cases involving manufacturing defects.
Minor differences in shade, finish or dimensions may occur due to the manufacturing process. Production and delivery times for customised products are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the work and the availability of materials.
4.3 Invoicing
NEODACIADA SPORT SRL issues tax invoices in accordance with current legislation.
Invoices are issued for:
– private individuals;
– legal entities;
– public institutions;
– other organisations.
The tax invoice will be sent in electronic format to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
Orders can be paid by:
– bank transfer;
– online card payment.
Cash payment is not accepted.
The Customer is required to provide correct and complete details for invoicing. For orders placed by public institutions or legal entities, different contractual conditions and payment terms may apply, as set out in the offer, contract or accepted order.
4.4 Delivery and Shipping
Products sold by NEODACIADA SPORT SRL are delivered by:
– courier companies;
– palletised freight;
– our own transport, where applicable.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:
– product availability;
– production time;
– order volume;
– transport conditions;
– delivery location.
Customised or made-to-order products may have delivery times that differ from standard products. The Customer is required to check the condition of the parcel on receipt and to report any damage or non-conformity within a reasonable time of delivery. For certain bulky or technical products, delivery may require special handling and transport conditions. For certain product categories, NEODACIADA SPORT SRL may also offer installation services.
Delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, logistical disruptions or other force majeure events do not give rise to any liability on the part of the Seller.
4.5 Product Warranty
Products sold by NEODACIADA SPORT SRL are covered by a warranty in accordance with applicable legislation and the conditions communicated for each product.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and non-conformities arising under normal conditions of use.
The warranty does not cover:

– mechanical damage;
– vandalism;

To resolve a warranty claim, the Customer must provide:

Once the order has been dispatched, the Customer will receive delivery information via:

5. Products and Availability

cannot be returned under the applicable legislation on distance contracts.
The Customer is responsible for:

* the approvals given;
* the materials and configurations accepted.
11. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Under applicable legislation, private individuals have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written request to the following email address:
Returned products must:
* be in the same condition;
* show no damage;
* be in their original packaging, where possible;
* be accompanied by the relevant documents.
Return costs are borne by the Customer, except in cases provided for by law.
Amounts for returned products will be refunded by bank transfer within the statutory period.
Returns are not accepted for:

* made-to-order products;
* products modified at the Customer’s request.
12. Warranties
Products are covered by a warranty in accordance with applicable legislation and the conditions communicated by the manufacturer or the Seller.
The warranty does not cover:
* improper use;
* faulty installation carried out by third parties;
* mechanical damage;
* normal wear and tear;
* use not in accordance with the instructions.
13. Limitation of Liability
NEODACIADA SPORT SRL shall not be liable for:

* indirect losses;
* delays caused by third parties;
